Hi everybody.
I've just bought a 1000€ PC and I'd like to get Mountain Lion on it. I'd like to know 2 things :
- is it a good idea to make a Hackintosh or is it better to buy a second hand Mac ?
- how can I make it ?
  • Listening to: Felix Johnson & Nikki Minaj - Starships
  • Reading: Eragon
  • Watching: Dr House

In Vietnam, some people will install Mac Lion 10.7 or 10.8 on PC for you with 13$. Are there services like that in your country? Try to find them on Tech forums.

Hackintosh is illegal. Nobody would take this risk in France...

You can install real Mac, not Hackintosh. Buy a Mac disk with 30$ and they will install for you. Many forums in Vietnam has this service.

I made a Hackintosh and was successful. I used iAtkos L2 (Lion), and you have to make sure to follow the directions on how to install it to a T. (Meaning, be sure to follow the directions exactly.) And you want to make sure that your machine can run it before you begin. So, research, research, research (like =LordReserei said)! But it IS possible to do by yourself, but ONLY if you are PATIENT, and are willing to do a little trial and error. It took me several tries before I got mine up and running, and that was ONLY because I didn't bother looking up my system specs, and wanted to take shortcuts.

So, in short, proceed at your own risk, but it IS doable, and it is pretty satisfying when you DO get it up and running.

I'm afraid I can't help you here.
I've seen Hackintosh running, and it seems okay. They have forums, you should be able to find help there.
