Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Hi everyone !
I'm using an iPod touch and a mini phone (with phone only, it dates from 2005) and I'd like to buy one of the lastest smartphones, but I don't know which one to choose...
I think the best ones are the Samsung Galaxy S III and the iPhone (4S and 5). I'd like you to tell me what you think about these three phones, which one is better.
Pour les français, j'aimerais savoir ce qui est mieux au niveau d'abonnement, entre Free, SFR & Orange (les trois meilleurs, il me semble...)

I'm a bit biased (in that I hate with every ounce of passion, Apple as a company), so I'm more inclined to say Samsung Galaxy S III due to being an Android fan. Since I have neither, I can only say I've heard they're both are super awesome nice phones.

If you like Apple, it might be best to stay with that environment and go for an iPhone 4S - but if you want to experience something a little more open, Android and the Samsung Galaxy S III might be better. Although, you might want to wait until September 21st for an iPhone, which I've heard is the release date of the iPhone 5, so by that time you could pick up a 4S for cheaper than it is now.

I personally am a huge Windows Phone fan but I have been using Android ever since it came out and I will be switching to Windows Phone 8 when it comes out. I really like Android and I own a TON of Android phones (Samsung Infuse, LG Thrill, HTC Inspire, SGII...) and a Motorola Xoom but with Windows 8 coming out I see Windows Phone as the way to go. If I were you I would wait until the WP8 comes out and compare it to the competition and pick the best one. The next few months are going to be crazy as far as phones.

I am talking about Windows Phone 8, not the current generation Windows Phone 7.5. You can't really compare the WP7.5 hardware to the latest Android hardware right now. I would suggest waiting a month and compare the WP8 to the latest Android offerings.
